Same outfit, two looks

What can one do to give an outfit two different looks when going outside the door? That’s simple, just change a jacket for a coat. These two looks I shot last fall/winter season, but I haven’t got around to share it back then, so I thought why not now. It’s the winter season again and these looks are still very much up to date and I guess they will be years from now. Mainly because of two reasons: the faux leather jacket and the trench coat. MBFWA Outfit Day 2: Snow-White and Navy Blue

For day two of MBFWA I wanted to wear something much more different from day 1 and went with a complete opposite look. This day I wanted to keep it sweet and girly and choose to wear a dress instead of pants. As I was also visiting the Zalando 10 Days Downtown Event called ‘Fashion & Ballet’ at the Koepelkerk, Renaissance Hotel, I picked out a dress that to me matched the feeling of ballet. Since it had snowed that day, I also kinda wanted to blend in with the white color on the streets. So I ended up wearing my snow-white flared skirt dress. Rocking I Love Su in Barcelona

As you could read in my previous posts, I took a little trip to Barcelona last month to celebrate my birthday. It was nothing too fancy and I spend the day with a small group. Since I’ve been celebrating my birthday for years in the autumn time here in the cold, I couldn’t let the opportunity of going to the beach in October pass me by. So that’s where we headed after a nice lunch, I was wearing my new Denim & Co dress and sunglasses. How amazing it was to have a sunny birthday after all these years. Hola from Barcelona. It is so good to be back here. Every time I’m in Barcelona I do feel like I’m on holiday for sure. The temperatures, the sun, the breeze, the palm trees, the whole enchilada. Barcelona, te quiero mucho. After a good night of sleep and a good lunch I was ready to take on Barcelona yesterday. Like I told you in my previous post I’m here to celebrate my birthday and, besides from my sister who lives in Barça and my mom who came with me, I invited two special guests with me to come join me for this long Birthday Weekend. Denim and soft colours for Knokke, Belgium

Two weeks ago I went on a one day road trip to Knokke with a friend. As the summer was almost coming to an end and I haven’t been abroad since Jamaica, I was feeling spontaneous. So I called up my friend early in the morning to see if she would share my spontaneity and she did. There we were on our way with drinks and snacks for our almost 3 hour road trip with background music and an open rooftop. Halfway we made a pit stop and I had a cheat eat at McDonald’s of which I shared a photo on Instagram. We made it to Knokke around a few minutes past five in the afternoon. My special outfit for the Grand opening of Forever 21

Yesterday I posted a picture of myself in the post “My special outfit” and told you that it was for a special day. This outfit I wore to the grand opening of the first Forever 21 in Amsterdam. As a fashion blogger I also went there to blog about the opening and I wanted to dress the part. I choose to wear my XX Fashion Diva t-shirt, one of my merchandise pieces, that I’d made especially for branding XX Fashion Diva. This way I wanted to send the message that I was there for my readers as well.
