Today I am sharing my first outfit post of the year 2016 and it is March already. How time flies. Last week I shared a YouTube Video from Popsugar on my FB page on ways to wear a beanie. After that I also posted a beanie give away here on the blog, which linked to my FB page to enter, for my followers from the Netherlands. Those of you who follow me on Instagram have seen me rocking that Vogue beanie a few times now. In this outfit post I’ll show you how I styled the Vogue beanie the second time I put it on last week.

As the Vogue beanie was my main focus, the total look was built around it. Because of the grey colour, I choose a grey knit dress as my basic piece and combined it with black leggings and a brown buttoned cardigan for that warm winter touch. Then I put the beanie on, the classic way. To add some colour and cosyness to the outfit, I throw on my new blanket scarf that I got from Barcelona, and for the shoes I kept it simple with my black booties. To emphasize on that Vogue theme, I finished the look with an oversized black trench coat. Wearing the coat over the shoulder will always give you that instant chic look, especially when oversized.
