Get your make up boxes and kits out because Halloween is almost here. This year I really feel like dressing up and celebrating this holiday somewhere at a good party. That’s mostly because all of the Halloween stuff I’ve seen when I was in LA during my birthday week. Everywhere I went there were the costumes and the pumpkins and so on, which brought me to the idea to do a WBD special on Halloween makeup tutorials found on YouTube today.
